Boris Vasilyev is an Advisor at the Department of International Information Security at the Russian Foreign Ministry. He has worked in various spheres at the Russian Foreign Ministry since 2007, including twice at the Russian Embassy in India. 2022 to Present: Adviser at the Department of International Information Security of the Russian Foreign Ministry. Vasilyev is responsible for the non-military aspects of the use of information and communications technologies (internet, the International Telecommunication Union, and the Universal Postal Union).
