Unfortunately, the epidemiological situation in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic remains tense. Therefore, it was decided to postpone the first Youth RIGF until 2021. The youth forum was supposed to take place on April 6, 2020, ahead of the Russian Internet Governance Forum (RIGF 2020), but due to the coronavirus pandemic, it was moved to the autumn of 2020. But the unstable epidemiological situation does not allow for holding the forum at this time.

“Previously, we already announced that the Russian Internet Governance Forum was postponed until 2021. Rescheduling both forums is a necessary precaution, but we do hope that next spring these events will be held as planned and the first Youth RIGF will become a memorable event for all of us,” said Director of the Coordination Center for TLD .RU/.РФ Andrey Vorobyev.
