Researcher, Institute of Current International Problems, the Foreign Ministry’s Diplomatic Academy, Head of the School of International Information Security.
Member of the Russian International Law Association and the Youth Council of the Coordination Center for TLD .RU/.РФ, Executive Secretary of the Diplomatic Academy’s Council of Young Scholars, project coordinator of United Nations SDSN Youth Russia.
Mr. Martirosyan holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations (2017) and a Master’s degree in International Law/Jurisprudence (2019) and is now enrolled in the postgraduate course International Law. European Law (Jurisprudence) at the Foreign Ministry Diplomatic Academy.
Mr. Martirosyan is the founder and head of the School of International Information Security, a youth educational, research and analytical platform at the Institute of Current International Problems co- sponsored by the Diplomatic Academy Council of Young Scholars for a comprehensive discussion and exchange of views, approaches and assessments, the development of strategies to comprehensively address international information security problems, the formation of Track II - Youth Diplomacy on International Information Security by young Russian and foreign researchers, international experts and practitioners, Russian and international academic and research institutes.
Winner of the Youth RIGF Russian Youth Internet Governance Forum award For contributions to international cooperation in IT.
Author of research publications, including analyses of international information security problems.
