He has worked in law firms (acting head of section at Goltsblat BLP) and as an in-house lawyer (Legal Director for the Central and Eastern Europe, Türkiye at Kimberly-Clark). 2018 – 2022: participated in a blockchain project to create an SSI platform (self-administration of personal data) as the chief lawyer for personal data issues. Alexander regularly speaks about personal data and artificial intelligence and has experience in lawmaking. Awarded with a certificate from the head of the FAS Russia. Certified under CIPP/E, CIPM programs. Currently, as a partner of Privacy Advocates, Alexander advises the largest Russian and foreign companies on personal data, artificial intelligence, blockchain; helps bring processes into compliance with the requirements of Russian and foreign legislation in these areas, as well as build interaction with regulators.
