Mr. Pavlov has 15 years in managing government projects in the field of innovation and creative industries (Moscow Government, Russian Presidential Office, Ministry of Digital Development) and more than 10 years of leadership work, including as a startup founder and in management of a development institute.

He is an expert in ICT (cybersecurity, digitalization of industry, internet communication technologies, development of communities related to digitalization).

Mr. Pavlov specializes in managing government projects in the field of innovation and creative industries, and coordinates the work to implement high-tech product import substitution projects in Russia (software, computer and communications equipment), as well as essential projects for the accelerated transition to a new data economy at Russia’s top industrial enterprises.
