Mr. Goreslavsky is a Russian journalist and manager.

Mr. Goreslavsky held various senior positions at Rambler&Co (2013–2020), including that of the Lenta.ru editor-in-chief (2014–2016). Later, he oversaw the internet industry as deputy head of the public projects directorate at the Presidential Executive Office (2017–2020), and headed the Dialogue Autonomous Non-Profit Organization (2020–2021). Appointed Head of the Internet Development Institute on December 1, 2021.
