In 2000, he graduated with honors from Malye Derbety Children’s Art School, followed by Malye Derbety Secondary School in 2002, also with honors. He then pursued higher education at MATI – the Tsiolkovsky Russian State Technological University, earning a master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering with honors in 2008. His commitment to continuous learning led him to further his education, and in 2023, he graduated with honors from Kalmyk State University with a degree in State and Municipal Law. He is currently a postgraduate student at Southern Federal University, specializing in the management of social and economic systems.

His professional journey began in 2006 as a laboratory assistant in the Department of Design of Computer Complexes at MATI. In 2008, he transitioned to a role as a technical support engineer at Network Technologies Adikom. Later that year, he joined Snab Metall Komplekt, where he spent a decade (November 2008 – October 2018), progressing from system administrator to head of the information technology department.

From 2018 to 2019, he held senior positions in the field of information technology. From October 2018 to May 2019, he served as head of the information technology department at Gelikon Engineering, while from September 2016 to May 2019, he was the General Director of Arsenal.

On June 4, 2019, he was appointed Minister of Digital Development of the Republic of Kalmykia. In this role, he focuses on advancing information technology and digital solutions to enhance the quality of life for the region’s citizens.
