Alexey is a Russian journalist and executive. He worked in senior positions at Rambler&Co between 2013 and 2020, including as Editor-in-Chief of Lenta.ru in 2014-2016. In 2017-2020, Alexey worked as Deputy Head of the Department for Social Projects at the Presidential Executive Office, where he was in charge of the online sector. After that, he headed Dialog, a non-profit organization, in 2020 and 2021, and has led the Internet Development Institute since December 1, 2021.
