Education
Graduated from St. Petersburg State University (economist-mathematician). Holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Professional experience
He has more than sixteen years of experience advising in the oil and gas industry on strategy, operational efficiency improvement, organizational transformation, innovation strategy and corporate venture funds. Prior to joining Skoltech, she headed the Energy Center of the Moscow School of Management Skolkovo, and before that, the energy practice of The Boston Consulting Group and PwC Strategy& in Russia, was the managing director of a private investment fund. Currently, he is the Deputy Director of the Project Center for Energy Transfer and ESG.

She heads the Supervisory Board of the Association of Professionals of the Fuel and Energy Complex "Women in Energy".
