Ms. Levova has been working in the sphere of telecommunications and information technologies for over 15 years.

Ms. Levova worked in the press service of the Russian Judo Federation and as a leading analyst at the Russian Association of Electronic Communications. She also supervised the Communications and IT Working Group of the Expert Council under the Government of the Russian Federation, as well as the Information Security Cluster of the Russian Association of Electronic Communications (RAEC), the Working Group on Security and Communications of the Digital Economy Autonomous Non-Profit Organization, and Data Security Working Group at the Big Data Association.

Education: Degree in Philosophy, graduate school at Lomonosov Moscow State University, majoring in Logic.
