Having graduated with honors from the Bauman Moscow State Technical University in 2008, Andrey started his career by joining the development department at Yandex. He went on to oversee product quality in the venture resulting from Afisha’s merger with Rambler in 2011-2013. In 2014, Andrey was appointed Director General in charge of product development at the Regional Network Information Center. Promoted to the position of Deputy CEO in 2018, he headed the company resulting from Reg.ru’s merger with RuCenter in 2021. Andrey has headed Runiti Group since 2023. He serves as President at the Foundation for Assistance for Internet Technologies and Infrastructure Development (FAITID).
