In 2008, Andrey Kuzmichev graduated with honors from Bauman Moscow State Technical University. He began his career in the development department at Yandex. From 2011 to 2013, he oversaw product quality at the newly merged Afisha.Rambler entity. In 2014, he was appointed Deputy General Director for Products at Rucenter, and was promoted to Deputy General Director in 2018. In 2021, he assumed leadership of the merged entities Reg.ru and Rucenter. Since 2023, he has headed the Runity Group. Kuzmichev serves on the Council of the Russian Association of Electronic Communications (RAEC) and is President of the Foundation for Assistance for Internet Technologies and Infrastructure Development.
