Nikita Lebedev
Nikita joined VK in March 2025 and oversees effort to develop and carry out strategies for content services, building an overall vision for the product team and streamlining processes. He is also in charge of the customer journey for the platform’s social commerce line.
Before joining VK, Nikita served as product director at inDrive, where he managed the ride hailing division and was in charge of developing inDrive’s horizontal products, including Trust & Safety and customer support improvement.
He also headed the B2C function at Yandex.Services, where he oversaw the transition to a new marketplace model, scaled operation, and the work to achieve sustainable unit economics.
Nikita also worked at Qlean as Head of Product where he oversaw the customer experience, P&L, and customer retention.
Having graduated from the Lomonosov Moscow State University with a BA in Economics in 2014, Nikita went on to obtain an MA degree from Queen Mary University of London in Banking and Finance in 2015.
