Stanislav Loginov graduated from Tyumen State Oil and Gas University, with a degree in Data Processing and Management System Engineering.
He served in the military in 2009–2010.
In 2010, he began his career as a service engineer at the Tyumen Region Information Technology Center.
In August 2010, he was promoted to Service Engineer, Programmer and Director of Analytics and Reporting at the Tyumen Region Information Technology Center.
In May 2016, he became Director of the IT Department at the Borovskaya Poultry Factory, and was promoted to Deputy Director General for Information Technology in February 2017.
In January 2018, he was appointed Deputy Director of the Informatization Department of the Tyumen Region.
Since June 16, 2022, he has been the Director of the Informatization Department of C the Tyumen Region, as per the directive signed by Governor Alexander Moor.
