With 20 years of experience under his belt in building and scaling digital services, developing product strategies and effective B2B solutions, Alexey is a prominent expert in online technology and telecommunications. He was featured on the top 10 list of persons who made the biggest contribution to developing the Russian online industry by the Runet Prize organizers in 2023. Alexey graduated from the Bauman Moscow State Technical University in 2005. He has held senior positions in several major companies operating in this sector, including product development and working with online providers at Rostelecom, heading the department in charge of solutions for content and service providers at RTK-TsOD (Data Processing Centers), and data transfer strategic development at VimpelCom. Today, Alexey Rogdev heads the Technical Center of Internet, playing a pivotal role in the development of Runet’s digital infrastructure.
