Board Chair of the Russian Center for International Promotion. Mr. Chukov graduated with a bachelor's and master's degree (cum laude) from the Faculty of International Relations of St. Petersburg State University. He also has a PhD in political science and a number of publications on the G8, G20, and BRICS. Has two state awards for his work during the presidencies at the G20 and BRICS in 2013-2015. For more than 10 years, Mr. Chukov has been involved in work on expanded dialogue formats in the G8, G20 and BRICS from the Russian side. Board Chair of the Russian Center for International Promotion, Foundation for Assistance to the International Promotion of National Initiatives and a researcher at the Institute of Economics of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS). In 2018, he was selected and approved by the UN Secretary-General’s decision as the representative of Russia in the Multilateral Advisory Group of the UN Internet Governance Forum (MAG IGF).
