Since 2019 at Notamedia.Agency, Roman has been the development director for Mos.ru, the Moscow city official portal with an extremely high load. He leads a team of more than 40 professionals. He is an engineer and avid experimentalist passionate about flexible project management methodologies and process gamification. He knows how to digitalize web development through gamification, how to use metrics in production management, boost engagement of his team members and eventually, defeat chaos. In the past, he was a development team manager at Wildberries and Level.Travel, Russia’s biggest tour aggregator. One of his past roles was technical director at MEL, an online media outlet on children’s learning and education. He co-founded Quiz Heroes, story-based online quizzes for super teams, and is the director of the BlackDriftTeam racing team. Roman graduated from the Moscow State University of Education with a degree in teaching manual crafts and home economics. He continued his education studying digital product management at Netology University.
