Anton Salov
Born in Moscow in 1979, Anton graduated from the Economics and Management Department at the Moscow Aviation Institute in 2002, and went on to receive a degree from the Department of Management Systems for Cybernetics and Electric Energy the following year.
Having worked in the travel industry since 1996, Anton co-founded Poputchik.ru travel web portal in 2002.
He joined Softline in 2005, and created the company’s competence center for Google’s corporate solutions in 2007.
In 2009, Anton oversaw the launch of Softcloud, Russia’s first cloud distributor.
For several years starting in 2010, he organized CloudConf, Russia’s national conference on cloud computing.
In 2011, Anton co-founded Tekmi, an integrated communications operator.
In September 2012, he joined MegaLabs as Director for Cloud and IT services.
In 2012, he co-founded the Russian Cloud Computing Professional Association (RCCPA) and became a member of its organizing committee.
Anton has been running his own digital consulting business since late 2014.
Between 2016 and 2018, he headed a product office and led the effort to create Rostelecom’s partner cloud ecosystem.
Anton served as Director of MerliONCloud, project Merlion, from 2018 until 2020.
In 2020-2024, he worked for MTS as head of IoT/IIoT.
