Sergey works at Sber where he heads AI Development as Head of the Department for Experimental Machine Learning Systems.

He holds two university degrees, one in economics from the Orlov State Technical University with a major in Information Systems for Economics, and the other in management from the Orlov Regional Academy of Public Administration with a major in State and Municipal Administration. He has also pursued post-graduate studies at the Department of Higher Mathematics at the Orlov State Technical University.

In his work, Sergey focuses on organizing and managing efforts to develop, carry out and accompany on a day-to-day basis, as well as from a strategic perspective and in terms of research and methodology, experimental programs, software and hardware systems which rely on machine learning solutions. He also oversees strategic projects focused on education, assessment, and the development of pre-production solutions for core neural models.
