A native of the Far East, Ivan is a graduate of the Amur Cadet Corps. He has been an entrepreneur in the technology sector since the age of 18.

He is the founder of the ABV (Analytics and Business Implementation) team, where he led the development of a proprietary system for creating and implementing domestic IT solutions aimed at digitalization and digital transformation.

Ivan is the initiator and creator of the Young Entrepreneurs community in the Far East. He was also one of the leaders in launching the first Boiling Point center in Blagoveshchensk, Amur Region.

In recognition of his contributions to social initiatives and the IT sector in the Far East, he was named Best Young Entrepreneur Under 30 at the 2019 Stars of the Far East awards during the Russian Forum Days of the Far East.

Between 2020 and 2024, the Abivee platform (a digital workspace builder) was developed. By 2022, the solution had been successfully implemented and sold in eight countries. The technology is currently evolving within the framework of Internet 3.0.

Since 2022, more than 11 teams have been formed under the ABV brand to build infrastructure for the next generation of Internet 3.0. In 2023, the team was named among the top 25 international startups in the Sber500 accelerator.

By 2024, a comprehensive technology stack had been developed, including a proprietary domestic blockchain core, an online account builder, AI-based solutions, decentralized information systems, and apps.

The team specializes in selecting, developing, and implementing technological solutions aimed at strengthening Russia’s technological sovereignty.

Ivan participated in the development of the Young Entrepreneurs Club project with Rosmolodezh.Business (later transformed into Young Entrepreneurs Community) and led initiatives to create a framework for nurturing a youth entrepreneurial environment, authoring a manifesto for the entrepreneurial community.

He was also one of the initiators behind the creation of the International Community of Young Entrepreneurs (Rosmolodezh.Business), announced at the World Youth Festival in 2024.

In 2025, Ivan continued to develop the ABV team and the Russian entrepreneurial community. He spearheaded the initiative National Ecosystem of Digital Sovereignty for the Sustainable Development of Entrepreneurship and IT.

He focuses on developing the architecture of Internet 3.0 and a new investment model for distributed digital infrastructure in a multipolar world.
