Olga Vrublevskaya

Olga has accumulated over 14 years of experience in managing digital strategies for businesses with a turnover of more than 1 billion rubles.

She has worked for RTA, the top-ranked digital advertising agency according to Adindex, since 2020, where she manages annual marketing budgets totaling 3.5 billion rubles for the agency’s accounts. Her customers include top 100 companies from the FMCG, e-commerce, pharmaceutical, retail, finance, and auto sectors. Olga views enabling her clients to achieve above-market growth rates as a key performance indicator for her.

In her work, she oversees the entire production cycle from carrying out an audit to launching campaigns and products, scaling, and client retention. Olga’s portfolio includes a ten-fold increase in revenue while preserving the target ROI and halving CPO.

Olga has managed projects which received gold and bronze prizes at the 2024 and 2025 Tagline Awards.

She was a member of the jury at the Silver Mercury Award, and was invited to speak at the Moscow State University, the Higher School of Economics, and Ferma educational platform.
