For several years, Yulia Atanova led the Arctic.ru project, the sole federal-level information initiative devoted to Russia's presence in the Arctic.

Since 2020, she has been a part of the Moscow Department of Information Technologies, spearheading the inclusive design system for the mos.ru website. Served as a member of the grand jury for the Media Brand 2020 competition and has been a speaker at prestigious events such as the Sreda Festival of New Design, Media&Design Conference, Design Weekend, RIF 2022, and RIF 2023.
